The Flavor that started it all. Original is inspired by my grandmother's Crab Chilau recipe. I took the core flavor of her sauce and concentrated it into a multipurpose condiment that is especially delicious on seafood. Not only is it outstanding for making authentic Crab Chilau, it has a unique flavor which adds rich depth to non-seafood dishes and even vegetarian stews.

Truly an invention of mine inspired by my Florida roots. The Florida Citrus flavor has been famous for its nack to spice up Boody Mary's but it is personally my favorite for marinating shrimp and making Seafood Bisque-Touffee (a cross between Bisque and New Orleans Etouffee) which is printed on the side of the bottle.

11TH AVENUE GUMBO
This flavor pays homage to my GrandDaddy's Gumbo! He raised my dad and siblings off of 11 Avenue in the Ybor City District of Tampa and was famous for his Gumbo. He passed away before he could share his recipe with anyone but I used my superpower of flavor memory to capture the essence of his gumbo's rich flavor. GrandDaddy's gumbo has no rules and there is was no limit to what meat or seafood can go in the pot.
