    A perfect blend

Posted by Neile on 16th Aug 2017

My very picky husband and I both agree that the Red Jerk spice blend is just perfect. We use it on many things, and it gives them an automatic upgrade with its subtle and tasty flavour combination. It can make a boring meal delicious.

    Multidimensional flavor

So far have eaten this on tilapia, fried potates and beef. This seasoning is robust enough to flavor beef, but I also really enjoyed it on tilapia. Being a mild white fish, it really allowed the seasoning's flavors to shine!

This spice blend is great fun to use on all types of meats and vegetables. I purchased this spice blend on kickstarter. The description was accurate but wow... let your imagination go wild. Yes, this spice blend is wonderful in sauces, marinades and rubs. Did a spice blend butter which was use everything from meat, fish, potatoes, mixed vegetables and corn bread. Give this a try.

    Subtle but impressive flavours

I just got this from the Kickstarter project, and tried it as a rub on plain oven-baked chicken--I am very impressed with its subtle mix of flavours, which the description really captures. It *is* enchanting. I will be using this on everything.
